Is FlexAI POS free?
Free to start. We'll introduce paid plans for larger shops and advanced features later — your data is yours either way.
Does it work without internet?
Not yet — offline mode is in active development. Today FlexAI needs a connection; soon sales will queue locally and sync automatically when you reconnect.
What devices does it run on?
Any modern smartphone (Android or iPhone), tablet, or laptop. It runs in your browser — and you can install it to your home screen straight from this site, no app store needed.
Can I import my existing products?
Yes — bulk import via CSV or Excel (XLSX). Name, SKU and price are all you need; cost, barcodes, opening stock and per-location quantities come along if you have them.
How does the WhatsApp integration work?
It's coming next. You'll link your shop's WhatsApp number once, and FlexAI will send sales summaries, low-stock alerts and end-of-day reports straight to the owner's chat. Meanwhile, you can always reach us on WhatsApp.
What languages does voice control support?
Voice control is on the roadmap, starting with English. Twi and more West African languages will follow.
Is my data secure?
Your shop's data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per tenant, and never sold. You can export or delete it any time.
